At Somoncurá, there are no roads or villages, just a few scattered houses, home to stock breeders defying Patagonia's harsh wind that threatens to break the infinite silence.

We offers you the challenge to climb the mythical Meseta, guided by those who have a lifetime experience in the area.

Itinerario:

Day 1: Transfer to Los Menucos coming in the first flight to Bariloche. Pick up rented vehicle with map of the route or transfer privately with driver. Journey to the town of Los Menucos, check in at Estancia La Caledonia. Lunch in the ranch.In the afternoon, visit to breeding choiques, visit cave of paintings, wool (shearing). Return to the ranch. Dinner in the ranch.

Day 2: Meseta de Somuncurá. Exit to the Meseta de Somuncurá, start trekking to the Laguna where we will lunch typical food at local inhabitant house. At night we start watching to clear sky.

Day 3: Meseta de Somuncurá. Breakfast on the Meseta and enjoy the birdwatching of local species (flamingos, vulture, ducks), visit to places of archeological interest. In the afternoon, return to Los Menucos, dinner and overnight at ranch.

Day 4: Activities in the ranch. Breakfast and visit to specially designed Guanaco shearing facilities at Estancia Chacay, local wildlife watching and photo safari. In the afternoon, visit home local artisans. Night in ranch.

Day 5: Back. Breakfast in the ranch and begin the journey to Bariloche.
