Day 1 Arrival in Buenos Aires

Arrival in Buenos Aires

Upon arrival in Buenos Aires, you will be transferred to your hotel by private transport.

A driver holding a sign with your name will take you to your hotel in the city.
Free time for an initial independent tour of the city.

We will provide you with directions for routes you can take on your own.

Day 2 City tour in Buenos Aires

City tour in Buenos Aires

After breakfast, you will begin a city tour accompanied by a bilingual speaking guide, lasting approximately 4 hours. Together you will visit the central districts of Puerto Madero, Plaza de Mayo, La Boca and San Telmo.

In the afternoon, you will return to the hotel or continue your visit of the city independently; we will provide you with directions to continue your visit.

In the evening, you can immerse yourself in the Buenos Aires nightlife with tango at a venue where you will have dinner and enjoy a tango show with live dancers and musicians. Return transfers included.

Day 3 Going to Puerto Pirámides

At the scheduled time, a private transfer will take you to Buenos Aires airport for your flight to Trelew.
Upon arrival, you will collect your rental car at the airport and head toward the town of Puerto Madryn before entering the Península Valdés. At the entrance to the ecological reserve, you will visit the Interpretation Center. Afterward, you will depart for Puerto Pirámides, traveling along a scenic route where you can admire both gulfs and the unique Patagonian landscape. Finally, you will reach the charming village of Puerto Pirámides to spend the night.

Day 4 Visit to Península Valdés

Visit to Península Valdés
After breakfast, if you are visiting between June and early December, you can enjoy a whale-watching excursion. You will set sail across the Golfo Nuevo to observe the Southern Right Whale in its natural habitat.
Following the navigation, you will drive to Caleta Valdés to visit the impressive colonies of elephant seals and sea lions. The vast, open landscape will accompany you throughout the journey. In the late afternoon, you will head back to the town of Puerto Madryn, where you will spend the night.

Day 5 Visit to Punta Tombo Reserve

Visit to Punta Tombo Reserve

After breakfast, you will depart for the Punta Tombo Reserve, home to the largest Magellanic penguin colony on the continent. After your visit, you will begin the drive back toward Puerto Madryn.
In route, you can stop at the historic Welsh settlement of Gaiman to admire its traditional architecture and perhaps enjoy a typical Welsh tea.
You will spend the night in Puerto Madryn.
 

Day 6 Journey to Ushuaia

Journey to Ushuaia

At the specified time, you will head to Trelew Airport to return your rental car and board your flight to Ushuaia. Upon arrival at the world's southernmost city, a transfer will be waiting to take you to your hotel.
You will spend the night in Ushuaia.

Day 7 Tierra del Fuego National Park, Trekking and Canoeing

Tierra del Fuego National Park, Trekking and Canoeing

You will hike through mountains and forests, following the coastal path until you reach Lago Roca. After lunch (included) and a technical briefing, you will paddle down the river in canoes toward Lapataia Bay. In the afternoon, you will be transferred back to Ushuaia.
You will spend the night in Ushuaia.

Day 8 Sailing through the Beagle Channel

After breakfast, you will discover Isla de los Lobos (Sea Lion Island). You will sail through the Beagle Channel, observing a wide variety of Fuegian birdlife and watching these curious marine mammals at play in their natural habitat. During the navigation, don't miss the chance to photograph the iconic Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, a true symbol of the "End of the World."
On the return journey, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Andes mountain range and the stunning nature surrounding Ushuaia. This route is of immense historical and scenic interest.
Note: Be prepared for the wind! Even on sunny days, the breeze in the Beagle Channel can be very cold, so we recommend wearing a windbreaker or warm layers.
Afternoon: Free at your leisure.
Overnight: Ushuaia.

Day 9 Bus Journey to Punta Arenas

Bus Journey to Punta Arenas

Early in the morning, you will board a scheduled semi-sleeper bus for your journey to Punta Arenas, Chile. Upon arrival at the bus station, a transfer will be waiting to take you to your hotel.
The trip covers approximately 628 km and takes about 11 hours. Please note that the duration may vary depending on the border crossing and customs procedures between Argentina and Chile. The bus typically departs at 8:00 a.m. and is scheduled to arrive around 7:00 p.m.
 
Important Travel Information:
  • Documentation: Please ensure you have your passport and any necessary visas ready for the border control.
  • Chilean Customs: Remember that Chile has very strict regulations regarding the entry of fresh food (fruits, vegetables, meat, or seeds). To avoid fines, please do not carry these items in your luggage.
Overnight: Punta Arenas

Day 10 Magdalena Island & Strait of Magellan Navigation

Magdalena Island & Strait of Magellan Navigation

You will depart from Tres Puentes port in Punta Arenas to board the ferry toward Magdalena Island. The two-hour journey crosses the legendary Strait of Magellan, offering the chance to spot various native seabirds, Magellanic penguins, and even dolphins.
Located 16 nautical miles from the city, the island is a protected area within the Los Pingüinos Natural Monument. Upon arrival, you will disembark to explore the natural habitat of thousands of penguins and visit the historic lighthouse, a recognized national monument.
Note: Please be aware that this navigation is strictly subject to weather conditions. In the event of strong winds in the Strait, the schedule may be modified or the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons.
After returning to Punta Arenas, you will have the rest of the day free at your leisure.

Day 11 Journey to Puerto Natales

Journey to Puerto Natales

After breakfast, you will travel to Puerto Natales by bus. The journey covers approximately 250 km through the vast Patagonian pampa. Upon arrival, you will head to your hotel to check in and settle in for the night.
You will have the afternoon free to explore the picturesque town of Puerto Natales.
We recommend:
  • A Scenic Walk: Stroll along the Costanera (waterfront) to see the iconic Old Pier and enjoy the views of the Almirante Montt Gulf.
  • Local Gastronomy: For dinner, don't miss the chance to try the traditional lamb (cordero al palo) or fresh king crab (centolla) at one of the town's cozy restaurants.

Day 12 Full-Day Torres del Paine National Park

Full-Day Torres del Paine National Park

Today is dedicated to exploring the majestic Torres del Paine National Park. These iconic granite peaks, rising approximately 2,000 meters high, overlook a landscape of turquoise lakes, winding rivers, powerful waterfalls, and ancient glaciers.
As an integral part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve system since 1978, the park is home to dense forests and a rich variety of Patagonian flora and fauna. You will immerse yourself in one of the most beautiful protected areas on Earth.
In the afternoon, on the return journey to Puerto Natales, you will visit the Cueva del Milodón. This natural monument is famous for the discovery of prehistoric remains belonging to a giant ground sloth that lived thousands of years ago

Day 13 Journey to El Calafate

After breakfast, you will depart by bus toward the Argentine border at Cancha Carrera. After completing the necessary customs and immigration formalities, you will board a connecting bus to continue your journey to El Calafate.
Upon arrival at the bus station, a transfer will be waiting to take you to your hotel to check in and relax.
 
Important Travel Information:
  • Documentation: Please have your passport and immigration forms ready for inspection. The total travel time, including the border stop, is approximately 5 to 6 hours.
  • Customs Regulations: Remember that you must declare or dispose of any fresh food (fruit, dairy, or meat products) before leaving Chile and entering Argentina to comply with local regulations.

In the morning, after breakfast, you will depart with a professional guide for an unforgettable excursion to Los Glaciares National Park. You will head to the heart of the park to admire the splendid Perito Moreno Glacier up close, one of the few advancing glaciers in the world.
The exploration will take place along a series of balconies and boardwalks located at various levels. These trails extend directly in front of the glacier's massive ice wall, offering breathtaking panoramic views and the chance to witness (and hear!) the thunderous ice calvings into the lake.
In the afternoon, you will return to El Calafate.

Day 15 Upsala & Spegazzini Glaciers Navigation

Early in the morning, after breakfast, you will be transferred to Punta Bandera, located 40 km from El Calafate. At 9:00 a.m., your cruise sets sail along the northern arm of Lago Argentino. You will pass through the Boca del Diablo, the narrowest point of the lake, and enter the Upsala Channel, where you will encounter a spectacular barrier of ice floes.
The navigation continues through massive icebergs toward the front of the Upsala Glacier. With an area of 800 km², this glacier is nearly four times the size of the city of Buenos Aires. Your next destination is the Spegazzini Glacier, famous for being the highest and most imposing in the National Park, with walls reaching up to 135 meters.
After a day of awe-inspiring scenery, you will return to El Calafate.

Day 16 Journey to El Chaltén, The Trekking Capital

Journey to El Chaltén, The Trekking Capital

In the morning, after breakfast, you will depart for El Chaltén via a door-to-door shuttle service. This scenic journey takes approximately 3.5 hours and will drop you off directly at your hotel.
Once you have checked in, you can begin exploring. Known worldwide as the "National Trekking Capital," El Chaltén offers a variety of beautiful trails that start right from the edge of the village. For your first afternoon, we recommend these shorter walks:
  • Chorrillo del Salto: An easy, flat 1-hour walk leading to a beautiful 20-meter waterfall.
  • Mirador de los Cóndores: A short climb (approx. 45 min) that offers a stunning 360-degree view of the village and the surrounding peaks.

Day 17 Trek to Laguna de los Tres & Overnight at Full Camp

Trek to Laguna de los Tres & Overnight at Full Camp

After breakfast, you will depart with your guide toward El Pilar, a 12-kilometer drive along the scenic Río de las Vueltas. Upon arrival, your adventure begins with a 17-kilometer trek through ancient lenga and ñire forests. Your first reward will be a stunning viewpoint overlooking the Piedras Blancas Glacier.
Continuing the trail, you will reach the Poincenot area before tackling the most challenging part of the day: a steep, 90-minute ascent to the spectacular Laguna de los Tres. From here, you will enjoy a world-class, up-close view of the majestic Mount Fitz Roy.
After taking in the scenery, a short 20-minute descent will lead you to Full Camp Fitz Roy. At the camp, our local staff will welcome you with a snack followed by a warm dinner. You will spend the night in a fully equipped tent, surrounded by the silence of the mountains.
 
Important Recommendations:
  • Difficulty: This is a demanding trek. We highly recommend using trekking poles and wearing sturdy, broken-in hiking boots.
  • Gear: While the camp provides sleeping bags and mats, please bring a headlamp and warm thermal layers, as temperatures drop significantly at night.
  • Included: Dinner and overnight in a fully equipped tent.

Day 18 Dawn at Fitz Roy & Trek to Laguna Torre

The early morning hours at camp are truly unforgettable, as the first light of day turns the massive granite wall of Mount Fitz Roy a deep, glowing red. After breakfast, you will depart from the camp to follow the Madre e Hija lakes trail, a scenic path that connects the two main valleys of the park.
 
Eventually, you will join the Cerro Torre trail, leading you to the shores of Lago Torre. From here, you will have a breathtaking view of the Grande Glacier and the legendary needle-like spire of Cerro Torre. You will enjoy a provided box lunch in this unique setting. Afterward, you will begin your final descent along the Fitz Roy River, which will lead you back to the village of El Chaltén, marking the end of your trekking adventure.
Overnight: El Chaltén.

Day 19 Return to Buenos Aires

In the morning, after breakfast, you will depart by bus to El Calafate Airport  to board your return flight to Buenos Aires.
Upon arrival, a private transfer will be waiting to take you to your hotel in the city. You will have the rest of the day free to relax, revisit your favorite spots, or enjoy a final Argentine dinner.

Transfer out

At the appropriate time, according to your international flight schedule, a private transfer will pick you up from your hotel to take you to the international airport (Ezeiza).
