About

A journey along National Route 40 before heading west into the mountains to the Colomé area, home to one of the country’s most iconic wineries.

Colomé is considered the highest winery in the world and was the first commercial winery in Argentina, founded in 1831. The visit includes a tour of the winery facilities, a detailed explanation of the production of high-altitude wines, and a wine tasting in a spectacular natural setting.

After the visit and tasting, lunch is available at the winery as an optional service. In the afternoon, we visit the James Turrell Museum, one of the most unique contemporary art spaces in the Americas, entirely dedicated to light and perceptual works by the renowned American artist.

The experience combines history, wine, art, and high-altitude landscapes in a unique setting.
