About
A journey from Salta to Cafayate through the spectacular Quebrada de las Conchas, one of the most impressive landscapes in northwestern Argentina.
We travel along National Route 68, crossing the Lerma Valley and entering the Quebrada de las Conchas, where wind and water erosion have created remarkable rock formations and colorful landscapes.
Along the way, we make stops at some of the most iconic formations, including Garganta del Diablo, El Anfiteatro, El Obelisco, El Sapo, and Los Castillos.
Upon reaching Cafayate, we discover one of the most important wine-producing areas in Argentina, famous for its high-altitude vineyards and Torrontés wine.

Recommendations
Comfortable footwear, sunscreen, a hat or cap, sunglasses, and plenty of water are recommended. A light jacket is advisable due to temperature changes throughout the day. A camera or cell phone with sufficient battery is highly recommended to capture the spectacular landscapes of the Quebrada de las Conchas and Cafayate.
